Forever Love Song creates custom, personalized songs based on your love story. Our service includes a conversational story-gathering process, a free 45-second preview, and the option to purchase the full song with included revisions.
2. Account Registration
To use our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
3. Payment Terms
- Free Preview: You receive a 45-second preview of your song at no cost
- Full Song: $99 USD to unlock the complete song
- Revisions: 3 revisions are included with your purchase; additional revisions are $10 each
- Add-ons: Optional extras (instrumental version, streaming release, etc.) are available at additional cost
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
4. Refund Policy
Because each song is custom-created based on your unique story, we offer refunds only in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent delivery of your song
- Song not delivered within 7 business days of purchase (excluding requested revisions)
The free preview allows you to evaluate the song before purchasing. Once you purchase the full song, refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with creative choices, as you have the option to request revisions.
5. Intellectual Property
Your Song: Upon full payment, you own the custom song created for you. You may use it for personal purposes including:
- Playing at your wedding or other personal events
- Sharing with friends and family
- Personal social media posts
Commercial Use: Commercial use (monetization, advertising, resale) requires separate licensing. Contact us for commercial licensing inquiries.
Our Content: The Forever Love Song website, branding, and service infrastructure remain our intellectual property.
6. User Responsibilities
When using our service, you agree to:
- Provide truthful information in your story
- Not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Not attempt to circumvent payment or access controls
- Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
7. Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver your preview within 48 hours of completing the story submission. The full song is typically delivered within 48 hours of purchase. Rush delivery options may be available for an additional fee. Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods; we will communicate any delays.
8. Limitation of Liability
Forever Love Song is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but your ownership of any purchased songs remains.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
